Something HAS to change in windows!

A few days ago I found myself installing DOS 6.22 on a virtual machine. Since I knew I was going to use this VM quite a lot, I had to make it easier for me to work with. So, I installed: Norton Commander, 4Dos, and DeskView (a multi-task app for DOS).

delegate vs event

Recently I've heard too many talks about what is the different between delegates and events. Some say its the same, some say that an event is a multicast delegate and so on. My two cents is when you talk about a delegate vs event, ask one question.
